All our available products can be returned within 14 days. Please contact support for further instructions before returning the product, as we will not be able to process your request otherwise. Note that return shipping costs may apply to you.
Process for Returns/Right of Withdrawal:
If you withdraw from this agreement, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs resulting from your choice of a different delivery method than the most cost-effective standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal from the agreement. For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged fees for this refund. You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

Problems with Delivery?

Damaged or Incorrect Product:
If you discover that the product is damaged or incorrect, we can offer a refund or replacement delivery within 5 days of the order being delivered. Please include evidence (such as a photo or video) with your request. -
Order Not Received:
If the order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, we will contact the last shipping carrier to report the issue. Please also contact support in this case.

If the product is not damaged, please return it in its original packaging.
If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer is responsible for the shipping costs. The specific fee will depend on the courier service you choose.
If the received goods are damaged or incorrect due to our reasons, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping costs for this reason.
